Our Lead Pastor Bill Rose is a native of southeastern NC. He is a graduate of Holmes Bible College and has served at The First Church for over three decades. He and his wife, Lynne have a son, Bill Jr., a daughter, Summer, a son, Paul, and a daughter, Sophia Grace.

Matt is the chief financial officer of The First Church where he provides guidance to multiple departments including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Central Facilities, and Safety Services.

A native of the Washington, DC region, Allen is the executive pastor of leadership and ministry development providing oversight to multiple departmental leaders including Adult Spiritual Formation, Communications, Connections, Congregational Care, I.T., and Worship & Production. He holds a Master of Arts in Systematic & Philosophical Theology from Nottingham University (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Emmanuel University (USA). Allen, his wife, Debbie, and two daughters have lived abroad in Asia as missionaries, which fuels his passion to see different cultures come together in the unity of Christ.

Tommi is the director of next generation ministries where she leads the Nursery, Children's, and Student ministry staff. Additionally, as the Elementary School Pastor, Tommi oversees a team of volunteer staff as together they minister to first through fifth graders to discover and elevate their relationship with God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Jim is pastor of connections where he serves as the Director of Guest Experiences, Guest Follow-Up, and Growth Track.

Nick is pastor of worship and production where he leads as the Director of Band, Choir, Front-line Singers, and Live Production. Every week, Nick leads in-person and online campus attendees in bringing worship to our God through song and prayer.

Luis is the online campus pastor and is passionate about connecting digitally with people all over the world who call The First Church home. He provides leadership in Information Technology, Online Worship Service Teams, Online Campus Pastoral Care, and Live Stream Production, as well as, the renowned, annual 'Judgement Day' Outreach. Luis and his teams are focused on identifying, connecting with, and serving everyone who is a part of First Church online.

Tyler serves as the High School Pastor of our Flow Students, leading his team as they develop Christ-like leaders in the next generation.

Dylan is a 2022 graduate of Emmanuel College where he majored in Business Administration and minored in Christian Ministries. Prior to enrolling at Emmanuel, Dylan attended Campbell University where he studied marketing and served as the VP of Community Relations for the Inter-Fraternity Council. Dylan previously worked at Life.Church, based in Edmond, Oklahoma, as a NextGen Intern. He serves as the Middle School Pastor of Flow Students. Dylan's life goal is to create life long disciples and empower Christ-like leaders in the next generation!

Summer is the director of Elevate Park, our ministry for children from age 3 through kindergarten. She leads a team of volunteers as they focus on teaching children three basic truths: God made me, God loves me and Jesus wants to be my forever friend.
